Busan Gamji Coastal Walkway

Built along the seaside of Gamji Taejongdae, this esplanade boasts outstanding views. It connects with the Jeolyeong Esplanade and provides a comfortable walking path in the downtown. At Jagalmadang at the seashore of Gamji close to the esplanade, you can enjoy good food prepared with fresh fish straight from the sea.

Busan South Korea/Busan Gwangalli Beach at night

Busan is South Korea's second largest metropolis after Seoul. It is the largest port city in South Korea and the fifth largest port in the world. The city is located on the south eastern most tip of the Korean peninsula.
Busan was the host city of the 2002 Asian Games and APEC 2005 Korea. It was also one of the host cities for the 2002 FIFA World Cup, and is a center for international conventions in Korea. On November 14, 2005, the city officially announced its bid to host the 2020 Summer Olympics Games.

Gwangalli Beach (광안리해수욕장). This area has undergone a water cleaning program, and as a result, the water of the beach is pristine. The clean waters of this are also attract many fishermen. You can prepare raw fish dishes on the spot, right after you have caught the fish. On the beach there is an outer concert stage where the Busan Ocean Festival and other various events are held. The area has a cultural center, a museum, theaters for plays and movies, an art gallery, TV station, and famous Korean and non-Korean fashion brand name shops.
